TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAKESBURSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
